FAQ
Q. Will we provide evidence to help with your investigations?
A. Yes. We will always be willing to help any law enforcement agency who wishes to use the details and evidence we have obtained on any individual.
Q. Can I remove a profile page?
A. Profile removals are completely up to our discretion, with the only exception being a request from a law enforcement agency’s request and upon confirmation of an ongoing investigation sent to us via e-mail from an official law enforcement e-mail address.
Q. See someone you know?
A. If you see a profile on our website of someone you know, and have your details on our website as a friend/family member or employer, e-mail us at [email protected] with your information that you want to be removed. Depending on the circumstances we will ask a series of questions or request proof of your identity.
Q. A profile was on the site, but now it is not there.
A. If you saw details on our website before but they are no longer there, it is because the profile was removed for reasons we can not disclose.
Q. How do we obtain such personal information?
A. We use extremely fine tuned private investigation methods. Google holds most answers and the information we obtain is freely available to those who look in the right places.
Q. Do you use illegal images to honey trap the predators?
A. No! All images that we use are of girls verified 18+.
In compliance with the Federal labeling and record keeping law United States Code, Title 18, Section 2257, all models and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in this website were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions. All content and images are in full compliance with the requirements of United States Code, Title 18, Section 2257 and associated regulations.
Q. Do we offer repeat offenders the chance to have details removed?
A. No! If they do not learn their lesson and are caught again, we will never offer the opportunity to have their profile removed.
Q. Do you offer everyone the chance to have their profile removed?
A. No, we do not, if we feel they are a serious danger to society or within a privileged position within society we will not offer them the chance to have their profile removed.
Q. Are the personal details held on the predators used for other purposes?
A. No! If we wanted to commit fraud or other crimes using the personal data of others, we would not advertise the fact that we hold all of their details online!
Q. Do you edit the chat logs?
A. We only remove our “girls” username and the captures username from the chat log, Microsoft (the owner of Skype) also Yahoo Messenger keeps logs of all text conversations that occur through Skype and Yahoo.
Q. Can we arrange a VOIP conversation with a representative of SOYFIP?
A. No! We do not offer this as many VOIP services are easily traceable and may compromise the security of our representatives.
Q. Can we trace you?
A. We take extreme measures to remain anonymous. Our representatives use a chain of Virtual Private Networks strung through Virtual Machines, TOR and TOR-to-Web Proxies, to connect to the internet. We suggest that should you try and trace us, that you are nice when entering property because the data transfer may be coming from that address, yet our representative could and most probably are 5000 miles away.
Q. What makes you different from Wikileaks?
A. We are not looking to bring down governments or create political uprising. Our only aim is to make the internet a safer place for minors.
Q. What happens if we get your domains taken down?
A. We have back-up domains that are registered and held on less internet law-friendly ccTLD’s. Remember, you haven’t stopped The PirateBay, yet.
Q. Do you publish all details of every predator online?
A. No, we have selected a few profiles that will never see the light of day, unless a representative of SOYFIP is traced and tried for hideous crimes as a punishment for trying to clean up the internet for minors to enjoy. We have several high-profile individuals who know they have been caught. Should a single member of our organization be caught and tried for any hideous crime related to SOYFIP, there is a process in place that will ensure every media outlet gets a copy of the profiles and evidence that we hold. No single government can stop all media from publishing the details. This would also be spread on popular anti-establishment websites such as 4chan, etc.
